The Płock Symphony Orchestra has undertaken the mission of presenting works of 19th- and 20th-century Polish composers. Karol Szymanowski, Ignacy Jan Paderewski, Grażyna Bacewicz, Stefan Kisielewski, or Witold Lutosławski - all outstanding composers whose works are featured on this recording. The orchestra is led through almost all compositions by the steady hand of Maestro Marek Wroniszewski. (DUX)
