Shipping Rates/Guidelines

Shipping charges are based on the weight and the shipping method you choose. All shipping costs will be clearly calculated during checkout before you are asked to enter payment information and submit your order. 

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We offer the shipping options of USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of being submitted, transit times are based on number of business following processing time.

You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. This notification will include pertinent details about your shipment, including tracking numbers if applicable. To view the status of your order at any time, log into your account and click "My Account" in the top right corner of the page. From your account, click on "Orders" to see an overview of your order history and "Details" next to the order overview to see full details including your tracking number.

Canada Shipping (as of 6/17/2025): We are currently unable to ship to Canada due to the ongoing postal strikes. Please check here for updated information, we will resume shipping as soon as possible.
