The Complete French Columbia Recordings (1928 - 1939) / Robert Casadesus

From the Second World War onward, pianist Robert Casadesus was based in the United States and is today almost considered an American musician. He was especially known for his numerous recordings for U.S. Columbia. While he lived and worked in America, however, he was French to the core. This release features early recordings that Casadesus made for French Columbia before moving to the United States.
