Scottish Fantasy, Op. 46

Grammy Award-winning violinist Joshua Bell performs and directs the Academy of St Martin in the Fields on this release, where he records the virtuosic “Scottish Fantasyˮ as well as Bruch’s “Violin Concerto No. 1 in G Minor, Op. 26ˮ. The Concerto holds a special place in Bell’s heart, as he first recorded the work thirty years ago with the Academy of St Martin in the Fields.
