2016 will mark the centenary of the German late-Romantic composer Max Reger’s death. + Between 2013–1016, OehmsClassics will present in commemoration, and in co-production with the Bavarian Broadcasting Company (BR Klassik), a boxed set of 4 CDs per year building toward a complete accounting of Reger’s organ music. + As on 2013’s Complete Works for Organ Vol. 1: Early Works (OC 851), Munich-born Organist Bernhard Buttmann, director of church music at St. Sebald, Nürnberg since 2002, performs.
