This CD pays tribute to Abbe Pierre and his action for peace. Abbe Pierre is France's most popular defender of the poor and is often revered as the conscienceness of the nation. In the first part of the record, you will hear the speech for peace that Abbe Pierre made in 2003. These words are accompanied by piano and electro acoustic music. In the second part, Abbe Pierre’s words are backed by traditional Tibetan music specially arranged and performed for the occasion.
