Lundgaard, Ulrik & Knudsen: Jazz Works

Jesper Lundgaard is one of Storyville's most prominent bassists and his permanent trio was established in 2004 consisting of Jesper Lundgaard, Hans Ulrik and Niclas Knudsen. The trio describes their music as a playground where they try out new compositions and pay homage to great icons in the history of Jazz. On this new album entitled “2016” you may enjoy ten compositions: eight originals written by each band member and two updated versions of jazz standards.
