This is the very first Katona Twins recording, created in 1992. Until now it has never been formally released. We struggle listening to our old recordings, but this one is different, which is why we decided to make it available. We love its fresh energy and raw, innocent dynamism. It was a bitterly cold winter evening in Budapest, even moving our fingers was difficult. As we started recording the church warmed and it began to snow, our fingers now moving as the large snowflakes muffled the outside noise. A blessing that we like to interpret as a sign of approval from heaven. – P. & Z. Katona
