The Orchestra Gli Originali and the Coro Donizetti Opera are excellent and stand out, as the best things in this production of the opera. The musical and singing performances are as a whole rather satisfying and accomplished, thanks mostly to outstanding Maestro Rinaldo Alessandrini.
