Chauvon: Les nouveaux bijoux

In this recording, the performers have created various ensemble combinations featuring the instruments Francois Chauvon (1710-40) specifies, thus giving rise to interesting contrasts of timbre and texture. These musicians bring passion and a taste for discovery of chamber music; and are undisputedly among the best players in North America of their respective instruments in the filed of Early Music.
