Care Pupille

Born in 1993, Venezuelan male soprano Samuel Mariño possesses an astonishingly pure, lyrical, and when called for, powerful soprano voice – one not to be missed by any vocal arts enthusiast, and quite possibly, a voice for the decade. Here Mr. Mariño presents his debut album of sparkling baroque arias by Christoph Willibald Gluck and Georg Friedrich Handel, sensitively accompanied by the Händelfestspielorchester Halle under Martin Hofsstetter.
