The present album presents a very challenging but also very interesting program with vocal works by Benjamin Britten with world class tenor Mark Padmore. Mark Padmore was born in London and studied at King’s College, Cambridge. He has established an international career in opera, concert and recital. He is joined on this release by the Basler Sinfonieorchester and Ivor Bolton. (Prospero)
