The title “Bach Organ Landscapes” introduces a new complete recording of Bach’s organ works, to be released over the next few years. The project is planned around ten historic organ builders who played a part in Bach's life. The first volume centers on the Trost organ of the town church in Waltershausen, considered to be the largest and most important organ from the Bach era in Thuringia. The second release is performed on the historic Wiegleb organ located in Ansbach, Franconia.
