Francesco Benucci was an outstanding Italian bass/baritone singer of the 18th century. This collection of Arias, featuring English operatic bass Matthew Rose, offers a fascinating insight into his world. This tribute to the larger-than-life opera star, for whom Mozart created the role of Figaro, features arias from Mozart, Salieri, Sarti, Mart�n y Soler and Paisiello.
